Peñarol Cruises to 2-0 Victory Over San Antonio Bulo Bulo at Estadio Campeón del Siglo
Montevideo, Uruguay – Peñarol secured a comfortable 2-0 win over San Antonio Bulo Bulo in their second group stage match of the 2025 CONMEBOL Libertadores, played Tuesday at the Estadio Campeón del Siglo. The match, officiated by Paulo Cesar Zanovelli da Silva from Brazil, saw Peñarol dominate possession (60%) and create significantly more scoring chances (18 shots, 10 on target).
The game featured several yellow cards. San Antonio Bulo Bulo received cautions for J. Montenegro (24′), S. Viveros (51′), and J. Monasterio (81′). Peñarol saw yellow cards for R. Pérez (28′) and L. Fernández (79′).
