Paris Saint-Germain Dominates Inter Miami in Atlanta
Atlanta, Georgia – In a match held at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, Paris Saint-Germain demonstrated their superiority by defeating Inter Miami in the Round of 16 of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025. The French team, with an impressive 67% possession of the ball, controlled the tempo of the match from the start.
J. Neves opened the scoring early, in the 6th minute, with an excellent finish after an assist from Vitinha. Neves reappeared in the 39th minute, extending PSG’s lead with another goal, this time assisted by F. Ruiz. An own goal by T. Aviles in the 44th minute, following an assist from D. Doue, added to a goal from A. Hakimi just before halftime, in the 45th minute, practically sealed the game by halftime.

PSG’s defense remained solid and frustrated the American team’s attempts. The match was also marked by three yellow cards for Inter Miami players: T. Aviles (20th minute), M.
