Plzeň suffers red card and falls to PAOK in a thrilling match

PAOK prevailed over Plzeň in an exciting UEFA Europa League match that was played at the Stadio Toumbas in Thessaloniki. The final score was 2-1, with goals from Tissoudali and Baba for PAOK, and Havel for Plzeň.

The match started with a fast pace, and Plzeň had a clear chance to open the scoring in the 3rd minute with a goal from Adu that was ruled offside. However, Plzeň managed to take the lead in the 31st minute thanks to a goal from Havel, assisted by Adu.

Plzeň extended their lead in the 39th minute with a goal from Vydra, but PAOK reacted strongly and managed to pull one back in the 84th minute with a goal from Tissoudali, assisted by Despodov. In added time, Baba sealed the game with a goal in the 90th minute, assisted by Camara.

Plzeň suffered a severe blow in the 70th minute when Dweh was sent off for a second yellow card. This red card made things complicated for Plzeň, who could not keep up with the pace of the match and ended up conceding defeat to PAOK.

PAOK dominated possession of the ball, with 75% of the time, and created more scoring opportunities, with 20 shots, 8 of them on target. Plzeň, for their part, had 25% possession and managed 11 shots, 6 of them on target.
