PAOK secured a resounding 5-0 victory over Ferencvarosi TC in a thrilling match at the Stadio Toumbas in Thessaloniki. The game, part of the 2024 UEFA Europa League group stage matchday six, was characterized by the home team’s efficiency and the accumulation of yellow cards by the visiting team.
Taison opened the scoring in the 10th minute, assisted by Konstantelias. Brandon Thomas doubled the lead in the 29th minute, with an assist from Zivkovic. Ferencvarosi TC saw three of their players receive yellow cards before halftime (Saldanha, Abu Fani, and Ramírez), with Taison (PAOK) and Gruber (Ferencvarosi) also receiving cautions.
