Newport County Edges Out Bradford City in Thrilling Encounter at Rodney Parade
Casnewydd, Wales – Newport County secured a victory over Bradford City in a captivating match at Rodney Parade, in the 32nd round of League Two. Despite having less possession (73% for Newport County vs 27% for Bradford), Bradford proved dangerous with 14 shots, 5 of them on target. However, the red card shown to J. Shepherd in the 17th minute proved to be a turning point. Newport County, with their numerical advantage, controlled the match from then on, creating several scoring opportunities.
