Lackluster Draw Between Modena and Palermo at Stadio Alberto Braglia
Modena and Palermo played to a draw in a match held at the Stadio Alberto Braglia, for matchday 21 of Serie B. The match, refereed by Federico Dionisi, was characterized by a tight game with few clear scoring chances.
Palermo held a slight advantage in ball possession, reaching 54% compared to Modena’s 46%. However, this possession did not translate into a clear dominance of the game or greater danger in the opposing area. Palermo generated only 3 shots, of which 2 were on target. Modena, on the other hand, attempted more shots, with a total of 9, but only one was on target.
The match was also marked by intensity in midfield, reflected in the 17 fouls committed by each team. The referee showed one yellow card to each side, for Gyasi of Palermo and Nador of Modena.
