Thrilling Match in Clinceni Ends in Draw.
Clinceni, Romania – A match full of emotions and turns was witnessed at Clinceni – Arena 1, where Metaloglobus and CFR 1907 Cluj drew in a match corresponding to the ninth matchday of Liga I. Referee Andrei Moroita was in charge of directing the actions.
Metaloglobus took an early lead thanks to a penalty converted by D. Huiban in the 4th minute, following a foul inside the area. The local joy was marred by a yellow card to O. Pasagic in the 16th minute. CFR Cluj responded with a similar penalty in the 37th minute, converted by M. Korenica, thus leveling the score before halftime.
The second half was intense, with both teams looking for the victory. Korenica had the opportunity to give CFR Cluj the lead at the end of the first half, but his penalty kick went wide.
