Tianjin Teda Edges Out Meizhou Kejia in Hard-Fought Match in Wuhua
Wuhua, China – In a match corresponding to matchday 16 of the Chinese Super League, Tianjin Teda prevailed over Meizhou Kejia at the Wuhua Olympic Sports Center Huitang Stadium. The match, refereed by Gao Peng, started at a frantic pace. Just six minutes in, A. Ademi opened the scoring for Tianjin Teda, assisted by C. Salvador. Four minutes later, Xadas extended the lead for the away side thanks to an assist from Ademi himself.
Meizhou Kejia, with a dominant 62% possession, persistently sought to narrow the gap, but encountered a solid Tianjin Teda defense. Nevertheless, the home team’s efforts were rewarded in the 76th minute, when M. Cheukoua scored with an assist from Liao Junjian, giving hope to the home fans.
