Draw in Cairo: Masr and National Bank of Egypt Split Points
Cairo, Egypt – A hard-fought match at the Cairo Military Academy Stadium ended in a 1-1 draw between Masr and National Bank of Egypt, in the 13th round of the Egyptian Premier League.
National Bank of Egypt took an early lead thanks to a penalty converted by A. Rayan in the 11th minute. However, their joy was short-lived, as Masr, with a slight advantage in ball possession (51%), responded just before halftime. M. Saber equalized in the 45th minute with a goal that sent the match to the break tied.
