Thrilling Match in Netanya Ends in Draw
Netanya, Israel – A match full of emotions and controversies ended in a draw at the Netanya Stadium between Maccabi Netanya and Bnei Sakhnin. The match, corresponding to the sixth round of the Ligat Ha’al, was marked by goals, cards, and moments of tension.
Maccabi Netanya took the lead in the 8th minute with a goal by M. Plakushchenko, after a missed penalty where he himself capitalized on the rebound. Bnei Sakhnin responded in the 35th minute thanks to a goal by A. Taha, leveling the score with an assist by J. Bushnaq.
The second half saw Maccabi Netanya regain the advantage with a goal by M. Levi in the 64th minute, assisted by Matheus Davo. However, Bnei Sakhnin did not give up and achieved the final equalizer in the 90th minute with a penalty converted by I. Abu Abaid.
