In a friendly match held at the Rheinpark Stadion in Vaduz, Scotland demonstrated its dominance against Liechtenstein with a decisive score. The Scottish dominance was evident from the start, reflected in the ball possession, which reached 79% in favor of the visitors.
The first goal came early, in the 4th minute, courtesy of C. Adams, who took advantage of a play to open the scoring. Adams scored again in the 26th minute, this time assisted by L. Miller, extending the Scottish lead. Before halftime, the game was interrupted by a yellow card for S. Luchinger of Liechtenstein in the 37th minute.
The second half began with a quick goal from G. Hirst in the 48th minute, assisted by C. Adams, further consolidating the Scottish advantage. Liechtenstein accumulated yellow cards, this time for A. Netzer in the 57th minute. Adams sealed his stellar performance with a hat-trick in the 90th minute, assisted by T. Conway, closing the score.
