Rayo Vallecano Demolishes Levante in Valencia with a Resounding Victory
Valencia, October 19, 2025 – Rayo Vallecano triumphed over Levante at the Estadio Ciudad de Valencia with an offensive display that left the home team with no chance. The match, corresponding to the ninth matchday of La Liga, ended with a score favorable to Rayo.
The match began with a very plugged in Rayo Vallecano, which quickly took the lead in the 12th minute thanks to a goal by J. de Frutos, assisted by U. Lopez. The joy was short-lived for Levante, as in the 14th minute, a goal by C. Alvarez was disallowed by VAR due to an offside.
Rayo Vallecano extended their lead in the 25th minute, again through J. de Frutos. Already in the second half, A. Garcia sealed the match in the 65th minute, after an assist from P. Chavarria.
