Lechia Gdansk and Korona Kielce played an exciting match in round 32 of the Polish Ekstraklasa, held on May 11th, 2025 at the Polsat Plus Arena Gdańsk. The match, refereed by Lukasz Kuzma, ended with a 3-2 victory for Lechia Gdansk.
The home team started stronger, taking the lead with a penalty scored by Bogdan Viunnyk in the 18th minute. Just before half-time, Blerim Pllana extended Lechia Gdansk’s advantage (45th minute). However, Korona Kielce reacted in the second half. Wacław Długosz scored two goals (50th and 60th minute) to level the score. Finally, Konrad Sezonienko scored the winning goal for Lechia Gdansk in the 90th minute.
Lechia Gdansk dominated shots on target (7 to Korona Kielce’s 5), although Korona had more possession (55%). Both teams showed intensity, with two yellow cards for Lechia and one for Korona.
