Lausanne Edges Out FC Sion in Thrilling Encounter at Stade de la Tuilière
Lausanne secured a 1-0 victory over FC Sion in a hard-fought match played on Saturday, November 23rd, at 7:30 PM at the Stade de la Tuilière in Lausanne. The game, part of the 15th round of the Swiss Super League, was characterized by intense play and numerous yellow cards.
Lausanne dominated possession, controlling 58% of the game and registering 14 shots on goal (6 on target). FC Sion, in contrast, managed only 4 shots (3 on target). Despite their superiority in possession and shots, Lausanne couldn’t break the deadlock until the 80th minute, when T. Okou scored, assisted by F. Oviedo.
