Lech Poznan Edges Out Korona Kielce in Hard-Fought Match
Kielce, Poland – In a match corresponding to matchday 22 of the Ekstraklasa, Lech Poznan defeated Korona Kielce at the Exbud Arena. The match, played under the watchful eye of referee Piotr Lasyk, offered a mix of ball possession and effectiveness in front of goal.
Lech Poznan took the lead in the 30th minute thanks to a goal by A. Gholizadeh, assisted by L. Bengtsson. Just before halftime, A. Milic extended the lead for the visitors in the 45th minute.
In the second half, Korona Kielce reacted and managed to reduce the deficit in the 54th minute through M. Stepinski, who took advantage of an assist from W. Dlugosz. However, despite their efforts, Korona Kielce was unable to equalize.
