Levadiakos Thrashes Kallithea in Thrilling Athens Match
Levadiakos secured a resounding 3-0 victory over Kallithea at the Stadio Apóstolos Nikolaidis in Athens, in a match corresponding to the fourth round of the Greek Super League 1 Relegation Round, played on April 23rd, 2025. Despite Kallithea’s dominance in possession (57%), Levadiakos proved more clinical in attack.
Goals arrived in the 34th minute through Tsapras, assisted by Verbic; in the 48th minute thanks to Balzi, assisted by Vichos; and finally, in the 81st minute, Ozbolt sealed the win with a goal assisted by Tsapras. Levadiakos committed 16 fouls and received one yellow card, while Kallithea committed 11 fouls and also received one yellow card. Although Kallithea had 12 shots (3 on target), Levadiakos’ effectiveness in the opponent’s penalty area was decisive. The match, officiated by Angelos Evangelou, was characterized by intense play with both teams contesting possession.
