Thrilling Draw in Caxias do Sul between Juventude and Botafogo
Caxias do Sul, Rio Grande do Sul – In a vibrant match played at the Estádio Alfredo Jaconi, Juventude and Botafogo drew in a game that kept fans on the edge of their seats. Referee Flavio Rodrigues De Souza oversaw the action in this match corresponding to matchday 21 of the Brazilian Serie A.
The first half was full of twists and turns, with Juventude opening the scoring in the 30th minute thanks to a goal by E. Batalla, assisted by Nene. However, Botafogo reacted and Alex Telles leveled the scores in the 39th minute from a penalty. Newton, from Botafogo, received a yellow card in the 6th minute, while A. In the second half, Botafogo managed to turn the score around in the 83rd minute with a goal by C. Ramos, after a pass from Arthur Cabral. But the joy would not last long, as C. Ramos repeated in the 90th minute, this time with an assist from S. Rodriguez, to seal the final draw.
