Slask Wroclaw and Jagiellonia played an exciting match at the Chorten Arena in Białystok on November 22nd, 2024, corresponding to matchday 16 of the Polish Ekstraklasa. The match, refereed by Karol Arys, ended in a 2-2 draw. Despite having less possession (44%), Slask Wroclaw was more effective in attack. A. Ortiz opened the scoring for Slask Wroclaw in the 33rd minute, assisted by P. Samiec-Talar. Jagiellonia responded quickly with a goal from L. Diaby-Fadiga in the 39th minute, assisted by J. Moutinho. In the second half, Jagiellonia took the lead with a goal from J. Imaz in the 70th minute. However, Slask Wroclaw managed to equalize in the final minutes thanks to a goal from J. Jezierski in the 88th minute. The game was marked by two disallowed goals for offside, one for each team. Slask Wroclaw received one yellow card, while Jagiellonia finished the match with two yellow cards. Despite having more possession (56%) and shots on target (5 vs 6), Jagiellonia couldn’t secure the victory.
