Independiente del Valle Dominates and Thrashes Vasco da Gama in Quito
Quito witnessed a resounding victory for Independiente del Valle over Vasco da Gama in the first leg of the CONMEBOL Sudamericana play-offs. The Ecuadorian team imposed their game from the start, reflected in an overwhelming possession of 78% and a constant attack that generated 32 shots, 12 of them on target.
The match became complicated early for Vasco da Gama with the expulsion of Lucas Piton in the 12th minute.
