Independiente del Valle Dominates and Defeats Barcelona SC in Quito
Quito – In a match held at the Estadio Banco Guayaquil, Independiente del Valle defeated Barcelona SC with a score of 1-0, in a game marked by the home team’s dominance in possession and control of the game.
Independiente del Valle dominated the match with an impressive 69% ball possession, while Barcelona SC struggled to maintain possession, ending with 31%. R. Briones’ goal in the 41st minute, following an assist, tipped the scales in favor of the home team.
The match was also marked by tension and cards. Independiente del Valle received several yellow cards. Barcelona SC, on the other hand, also saw several yellow cards, including the expulsion of X. Arreaga for a double warning in the 75th minute.
