Barracas Central defeats Huracán in a tense and controversial match
Barracas Central secured a 1-0 victory over Huracán in a match played at the Estadio Tomás Adolfo Ducó, corresponding to matchday 16 of the 2025 Argentine Professional League. The game, played on May 4th in Capital Federal, was marked by tension and constant interruptions. The only goal of the match came in the 50th minute thanks to Kevin Jappert, assisted by Iván Tapia. Huracán dominated possession (65%), but Barracas Central was more effective in the final third, generating 12 shots (3 on target). Huracán, on the other hand, registered 11 shots (3 on target). The red card to Facundo Kudelka in the 62nd minute tilted the balance in favor of the home team.
