Genclerbirligi Secures Narrow Victory Over Eyüpspor in Ankara
Ankara, Turkey – In a hard-fought match at the Eryaman Stadyumu, Genclerbirligi pulled off a surprising victory against Eyüpspor, despite conceding possession to the visiting side. The match, part of Süper Lig’s Matchday 6, was marked by intensity and midfield battles.
Genclerbirligi took the lead thanks to a goal by F. Tongya in the 36th minute, assisted by G. Gurpuz. This goal proved decisive for the final result, as, despite Eyüpspor’s territorial dominance, Genclerbirligi managed to defend their lead and capitalize on their chances.
