Last-Minute Goal Snatches Victory for 1. FC Köln Against Mainz
Mainz, Germany – In a hard-fought match at the MEWA ARENA in Mainz, 1. FC Köln secured a dramatic victory with a late goal from M. Bulter in the 90th minute, assisted by L. Waldschmidt. The Bundesliga match, the first of the season, was tense and marked by disciplinary action from referee Tobias Stieler.
FSV Mainz 05 enjoyed slightly more possession with 51%, creating a total of 19 shots, although only two were on target. However, 1. FC Köln’s efficiency proved decisive.
