Union Berlin Secures Victory Against Possession-Dominant St. Pauli
Hamburg, Germany – In a match held at the Millerntor-Stadion, Union Berlin secured an important victory against FC St. Pauli in the 11th matchday of the Bundesliga. Despite St. Pauli dominating possession with 59%, Union Berlin capitalized on their opportunities to take all three points.
The match started intensely, and in the 38th minute, J. Fujita of FC St. Pauli received a yellow card. Shortly before halftime, in the 44th minute, R. Khedira of Union Berlin, assisted by A. Ilic, scored the only goal of the match. At the start of the second half, Khedira also received a yellow card in the 46th minute.
