Panama Secures Victory in a Hard-Fought Match Against El Salvador
San Salvador – In an intense match filled with tense moments, Panama defeated El Salvador at the Estadio Jorge Gonzalez in the World Cup 2026 Qualifiers. The match, corresponding to the Final Round 3, was characterized by physical play and constant interruptions.
Despite having 42% of the ball possession, El Salvador sought the opponent’s goal with 10 shots, only 2 of which were on target. The Salvadoran team generated 3 corner kicks and committed a total of 20 fouls, receiving 3 yellow cards during the match.
