Tense Draw in El-Gouna: Masr Dominates Possession, But Suffers at the End
The match played at the Khaled Bichara Stadium in El-Gouna, corresponding to the fifth matchday of the Egyptian Premier League, culminated in a 1-1 draw with a dramatic ending. Despite dominating ball possession with 62%, Masr failed to translate their control into a decisive advantage until the final minutes.
The match was characterized by physical play, evidenced by the five yellow cards shown to the Masr team, including one to Messi in the first half and one to Abdelrahman El Sakran in added time.
