Rangers overturned a 2-1 deficit to beat Dundee 4-2 in a thrilling encounter at Dundee’s The Scot Foam Stadium at Dens Park. The match, part of the Scottish Premiership’s round 31, saw a seesaw battle for the lead. Dundee took an early advantage with goals from S. Murray (2nd minute) and J. Shaughnessy (19th minute). However, a Shaughnessy own goal in the 43rd minute narrowed the gap for Rangers, who then equalized with a goal from J. Tavernier in the 76th minute and another from T. Lawrence in the 81st minute. A late goal by C. Dessers in stoppage time sealed the victory for the visitors. S. Tiffoney had scored for Dundee in the 62nd minute. Despite the defeat, Dundee showed a good attacking intent, managing 15 shots on goal, 8 of which were on target, compared to Rangers’ 20 shots, 10 of which were on target.
