Dukla Praha defeated Pardubice in a match played at the Stadion Juliska in Prague. The game, part of the relegation round (round 2) of the 2024 Czech Liga, ended with a 2-0 victory for the home side. Dukla Praha, despite having less possession (41%), showed greater efficiency in front of goal, with 14 shots, 4 of which were on target. The goals came early in the second half: K. Milla opened the scoring in the 46th minute, assisted by R. Mikus, and M. Cermak extended the lead a minute later. Pardubice, with 59% possession, barely threatened the opposing goal with 5 shots, two of them on target. Frustration manifested in three yellow cards for the visitors (Mahuta, Tredl, and Simon), compared to none for Dukla Praha. Despite their possession advantage, Pardubice’s lack of accuracy and Dukla Praha’s efficiency decided the final result.
