Doncaster Dominates Newport County in Thrilling Match
Doncaster secured a convincing victory over Newport County at the Eco-Power Stadium in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, on March 1st, 2025. The match, part of the League Two’s 34th round of the 2024 season, ended with a 3-0 scoreline in favour of the home side.
Despite Newport County enjoying slightly more possession (51%), Doncaster proved more clinical in front of goal. R. Street was the star performer, netting two goals, one in the 34th minute and another in the 46th. L. Molyneux added a third goal in the 78th minute, assisted by J. Gibson.
