Deportivo Pasto and Junior played a thrilling match at the Estadio Departamental Libertad in San Juan de Pasto on April 12th, 2025, as part of matchday 13 of the Colombian Primera A. The game, refereed by Carlos Ortega, ended with a 4-3 victory for Junior.
Pasto started strongly, taking the lead through A. Alarcón in the 16th minute. However, Junior responded quickly with a penalty goal from L. González in the 22nd minute. J. Despite Junior’s dominance in possession (61% vs 39%), the match was characterized by its high intensity, reflected in the number of yellow cards (3 for Pasto and 1 for Junior) and goal-scoring opportunities (13 shots for Pasto and 10 for Junior). The final score favored Junior, who made better use of their chances to secure the win.
