Emelec edges out Deportivo Cuenca in a chaotic match
Cuenca, Ecuador – Emelec secured a 1-0 victory over Deportivo Cuenca in a tense and eventful match in the 9th round of the 2025 Liga Pro. The game, played at the Estadio Alejandro Serrano Aguilar Banco del Austro on April 19th, 2025, was characterized by numerous cards and expulsions.
