Junior Secures Victory in an Intense Match in Ibague
Ibague, Colombia – In a hard-fought encounter at the Estadio Manuel Murillo Toro, Junior secured a valuable victory against Deportes Tolima in the Primera A final. The match, officiated by Andres Rojas, was marked by intensity and controversy.
Junior took the lead in the 17th minute with a goal from J. Enamorado, assisted by Y. Chara. However, the joy of the goal was dampened by the sending off of G. Paiva in the 41st minute, leaving Junior with ten men.
Despite being a man down, Junior managed to defend their lead against Deportes Tolima, who dominated possession with 73%.
