Thrilling Match in Denderleeuw: Westerlo Secures Victory
In an exciting match held at the DENDER Football Complex, KVC Westerlo overcame Dender with a score of 3-2. The match, corresponding to matchday 16 of the Jupiler Pro League, was full of action and highlights.
Westerlo opened the scoring in the 12th minute thanks to I. Sakamoto, who redeemed himself from a missed penalty with a timely play that culminated in a goal. However, Dender responded with a goal from D. Toshevski in the 40th minute, assisted by F. Ferraro, leveling the score before halftime. B. Goncalves received a yellow card in the 31st minute.
