Dalian Zhixing Clinches Victory in a Hard-Fought Match Against Meizhou Kejia
Dalian (China) – The Dalian Suoyuwan Football Stadium witnessed a tight contest between Dalian Zhixing and Meizhou Kejia, in matchday 14 of the Super League. The match, officiated by Chunhan Gu, ended in a 1-0 victory for the home side.
The game was characterized by intense midfield play, reflected in the ball possession, where Dalian Zhixing slightly dominated with 51% compared to Meizhou Kejia’s 49%. The first half passed without goals, but with two yellow cards, one for B. Jocic of Meizhou Kejia in the 13th minute and another for Cao Haiqing of Dalian Zhixing in the 23rd minute.
The only goal of the match came in the 52nd minute, when P. Zhu of Dalian Zhixing, assisted by C. Malele, managed to beat the opposing goalkeeper. Despite Meizhou Kejia’s efforts to equalize, their only two shots, both off target, failed to generate real danger. Dalian Zhixing, on the other hand, attempted with 12 shots, although only one was on target. Regarding fouls, Dalian Zhixing committed 13 fouls, while Meizhou Kejia made 9. In the end, Dalian Zhixing secured an important home victory.
