Dalian Zhixing Dominates Changchun Yatai in a Possession-Heavy Match
Dalian, China – Dalian Zhixing secured a victory over Changchun Yatai in a thrilling encounter at the Dalian Suoyuwan Football Stadium on March 29th, 2025. The match, part of the Chinese Super League’s round 3, ended with a 2-0 scoreline in favor of the home team, officiated by Ming Fu.
Dalian Zhixing controlled a majority of the game, boasting 51% possession, and created numerous scoring opportunities. This dominance translated into two goals. P. Zhu opened the scoring at the 31st minute, assisted by C. Malele. Later, at the 70th minute, C. Malele doubled the lead, this time assisted by Lu Zhuoyi.
Despite a significant disparity in shots (19 for Dalian Zhixing to 4 for Changchun Yatai), with 6 on target for the home side and none for the visitors, Changchun Yatai fought until the final whistle.
