Cusco Stuns Sporting Cristal in First Division Final
Cusco, Peru – In a thrilling match held at the Estadio Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, Cusco defeated Sporting Cristal in the final of the Peruvian First Division. The game, officiated by Roberto Perez Gutierrez, was marked by intensity and several cards.
The first half saw alternating dominance, although it was Cusco who managed to break the deadlock in the 37th minute thanks to a penalty converted by I. Colman. Sporting Cristal suffered the first booking of the match in the 26th minute when F. Pacheco received a yellow card.
