Colombia Overpowers Bolivia in World Cup Qualifier with Offensive Display
Barranquilla, Colombia – In a match held at the Estadio Metropolitano Roberto Meléndez, Colombia convincingly defeated Bolivia, showcasing their superior possession and goal-scoring effectiveness. The match, part of the 17th round of the South American World Cup Qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, saw Colombia set the pace from the start, controlling the ball 63% of the time.
The first goal of the match came in the 31st minute, courtesy of James Rodríguez, who finished with precision after an assist from Santiago Arias.
