Cobresal Edges Out UC in Thrilling Encounter in El Salvador
Estadio El Cobre hosted a thrilling match between Cobresal and Universidad Católica, part of the 7th round of the 2025 Chilean Primera División. The game, played on April 12th at 7 PM, ended in a 1-0 victory for Cobresal. Despite Cobresal’s slightly better possession (53%), the match was characterized by intensity and yellow cards.
D. Céspedes scored the opening goal at the 18th minute, assisted by J. A. Henríquez Neira. Universidad Católica, despite their efforts, only managed to score a goal in stoppage time, courtesy of J.
