FC UFA falls to Chernomorets in Novorossiysk
FC UFA suffered a defeat against Chernomorets in a match played at the Stadion Central’nyj in Novorossiysk on November 30th, 2024, corresponding to matchday 21 of the Russian First League. The game was marked by the expulsion of a UFA player and a comeback by Chernomorets.
UFA took the lead in the 14th minute with a goal from A. Gurenko. However, Chernomorets equalized with an own goal by A. Tenyaev in the 50th minute. I. Rodionov then scored the winning goal for Chernomorets in the 63rd minute.
The match was interrupted by several yellow cards and one red card for FC UFA. D. Stotsky of UFA received two yellow cards, the second resulting in his expulsion. A. Chichinadze of Chernomorets and O. Baklov of UFA also received a yellow card each. Despite the disciplinary advantage, UFA could not avoid defeat.
