Coritiba Edges Out Chapecoense in Thrilling Arena Condá Match
Chapecó, Santa Catarina – Coritiba defeated Chapecoense 2-1 in a thrilling match at Arena Condá, in the second round of the 2025 Serie B. The game, refereed by Bruno Pereira Vasconcelos, was marked by intensity and cards.
Coritiba took the lead with goals from Nicolas Careca (48′) and Alex Silva (59′), both assisted by Josué. However, Chapecoense responded with a goal from Mario Sergio (78′) assisted by Marcinho, narrowing the score.
