Chengdu Better City defeated Changchun Yatai in a thrilling match at the Changchun Sports Center Stadium. The game, part of the 9th round of the 2025 Chinese Super League, took place on April 26th in Changchun and ended with a 2-1 victory for Chengdu Better City.
Yuan Mincheng opened the scoring for the visitors in the 5th minute, while Wei Shihao extended the lead in the 49th, assisted by Felipe Silva. Changchun Yatai pulled one back in the 52nd minute through a goal by R. Beric, assisted by Tan Long. Despite their efforts to mount a comeback, Changchun Yatai couldn’t equalize.
