Yokohama F. Marinos secured a resounding 4-0 victory over Central Coast Mariners in an AFC Champions League group stage match at the Industree Group Stadium in Gosford, Australia. The match, officiated by R Lutfullin from Uzbekistan, saw the Japanese side dominate from the outset.
K. Inoue opened the scoring in the 6th minute and added a second in the 30th, showcasing his clinical finishing. Anderson Lopes added a third for Yokohama in the 36th minute, before the home team received a yellow card late in the first half. J. Amano extended the lead to 4-0 in the 70th minute.
