Central Coast Mariners and Macarthur FC draw in thrilling encounter
Gosford, Australia – The Industree Group Stadium hosted a vibrant match between Central Coast Mariners and Macarthur FC in round 27 of the A-League. The game, played on April 20th, 2025, ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw, leaving both teams with a bittersweet taste.
Macarthur dominated possession (62%) and created more scoring chances (18 shots, 6 on target), while Central Coast Mariners, despite having less possession (38%), showed greater effectiveness in front of goal (7 shots on target).
