Celtic edged out Rangers in a thrilling match played at Celtic Park in Glasgow. Despite a commanding 71% possession, Celtic had to come from behind to win the game. Rangers started strong, scoring two early goals: Raskin opened the scoring in the 4th minute, assisted by Tavernier, and Diomande doubled the lead in the 37th minute, with an assist from Raskin. Celtic fought back in the second half, with Maeda pulling one back in the 49th minute after a pass from Jota. Hatate levelled the score in the 74th minute, assisted by McCowan. Finally, Igamane scored in the 88th minute, securing the victory for Rangers. The match was marked by intensity, with a total of 23 fouls (10 from Celtic and 13 from Rangers).
