Cambuur Thrashes Jong Utrecht in Leeuwarden Thriller
Cambuur secured a convincing 4-1 victory over Jong Utrecht in a thrilling match at the Kooi Stadion in Leeuwarden on April 13th, 2025. The Eerste Divisie clash, refereed by K. Puts, saw Cambuur dominate possession (61%) and create numerous scoring opportunities.
M. Ghaddari gave Jong Utrecht an early lead in the 3rd minute, but Cambuur fought back with goals from M. Diemers (41′ and 56′, the latter a penalty) and I. Alhaft (48′).
