Bristol Rovers defeat Shrewsbury with a second-half goal
Bristol, Gloucestershire – Bristol Rovers secured a 1-0 victory over Shrewsbury in a League One match at the Memorial Stadium on Tuesday. The only goal of the game came in the 52nd minute, courtesy of a header from J. Lindsay that deflected on its way in. The Bristol Rovers player also received a yellow card in the 46th minute.
Shrewsbury had more possession of the ball but couldn’t create enough chances to turn it into a more favorable result.
