Brann secured a victory over Stromsgodset in a thrilling match at the Brann Stadion in Bergen, part of the 2025 Eliteserien round 17. Despite having less possession (57% for Brann, 43% for Stromsgodset), the home team managed to win thanks to greater goal-scoring efficiency. The match started with a penalty goal by N. Castro for Brann in the 45th minute. Stromsgodset quickly responded, equalizing in the 50th minute with a goal from M. Farji. The second half saw a back-and-forth exchange, with F. Myhre scoring for Brann in the 70th minute to secure the victory. The match was marked by tension, with two yellow cards for Brann (D. De Roeve and J. Soltvedt) and one for Stromsgodset (F. Dahl).
