Bermuda defeats Antigua and Barbuda in thrilling CONCACAF Nations League match
Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic – In a vibrant match played at the Estadio Cibao FC, Bermuda defeated Antigua and Barbuda 2-1 in Matchday 5 of the 2024 CONCACAF Nations League B. The match, refereed by P. Senecharles, was marked by intensity and excitement until the final whistle.
Bermuda took the lead early with an own goal by Z. Drew in the 8th minute. Antigua and Barbuda responded in the second half, tying the game in the 69th minute thanks to a goal by D. Massicot. However, the Caribbean side’s joy was short-lived, as Bermuda had previously scored in the 48th minute through R. Lambe to retake the lead.
