Beitar Jerusalem Crushes Maccabi Petah Tikva in Dominant Display
Beitar Jerusalem achieved a resounding 5-0 victory over Maccabi Petah Tikva at the Teddi Malcha Stadium in Jerusalem, in a Ligat Ha’al matchday 12 fixture of the 2024 season. The home side completely controlled the game, boasting 83% possession.
Goals came early and often. Gilad Cohen opened the scoring in the 7th minute, followed by a goal from Marvin George in the 8th. Cohen added his second in the 13th minute, and George completed his brace in the 17th, assisted by Yossi Shua. Silva Kani rounded off the scoring in the 42nd minute.
