Thrilling Draw at Holker Street: Barrow and Grimsby Share Points
Barrow in Furness witnessed a vibrant match between Barrow and Grimsby that ended in a draw. Grimsby took an early lead with goals from D. Rose in the 7th minute and K. Green in the 13th minute, creating a solid initial advantage. However, Barrow didn’t give up and reduced the deficit before halftime thanks to a goal by R. Harper in the 44th minute, assisted by B. Whitfield. In the second half, Barrow’s pressure paid off when C. McCann equalized the score in the 74th minute, without an assist.
